TD SYNNEX is hiring a Training Program Manager to own and develop a portfolio of vendor-authorized training and certification programs across Europe. The role manages vendor relationships, program rollout and governance, adoption and performance, certification paths, learning journeys, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across multiple countries. Candidates should have experience in IT training, technical education, certification programs, learning services, or partner enablement, along with strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
