Amazon is hiring a Training Program Manager for its Retail Business Services training team. The individual contributor will create and manage end-to-end training programs, conduct need analysis, prioritize roadmaps, measure training impact, manage stakeholder relationships and change initiatives, write business reports, mentor team members, and maintain training vendors and e-learning applications. The role requires at least 8 years of experience managing training or people-capability development projects, including AI and emerging technology training, along with program management, cross-functional, stakeholder, process-improvement, and Excel experience.
