Description
The Learning Program Manager identifies training needs and develops, delivers, and evaluates procurement training for internal staff, Harris County departments, vendors, and community audiences. The role creates instructional materials and learning resources, coordinates training logistics, supports vendor and community engagement, and uses performance data to improve training effectiveness. It is a full-time, office-based position reporting to the HR Manager in Houston, Texas, with occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.
