Description
The Training Program Manager will design and develop eligible training programs, coordinate product phases, manage AVGS measures from concept through certification, support workflow and tool improvements, and communicate with internal stakeholders and external certification and funding bodies. The role requires a relevant degree, at least two years of experience designing training programs under AZAV, experience with complex product development, and proficiency with documentation, budgeting, and concept-development tools. It offers permanent employment, hybrid work, 29 vacation days, and a five-day workweek in Nuremberg.
