TCR Group is hiring a Training Program Manager to build and govern a global training ecosystem for its operational and technical workforce. The role defines training strategy, develops competency frameworks and learning paths, coordinates internal and external programs, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, tracks KPIs, and collaborates with Operations, Technical, Safety, HR, and other global stakeholders. It is a manager-level individual contributor role based at the company’s headquarters near Brussels, requiring at least 10 years of training management, learning and development, or operational excellence experience, plus experience in technical, industrial, engineering, or aviation environments.
