Description
Konvert is hiring a crane operator through an on-site training program in Wortegem-Petegem. The trainee will learn to operate a piling foundation crane, read technical plans, and support pile-foundation construction at various sites. Prior crane-operator experience is an advantage but not required; a Category B driving licence is required. The program offers attractive pay, construction-sector benefits, and the possibility of a permanent contract after successful completion, with the trainee eventually managing their own team.
