WISAG Electrical Engineering is hiring a Training Programs Manager to build and develop a unified training concept for the South-West region, with the central goal of qualifying trainees into technically competent, safety-conscious, and practice-oriented electrical engineering specialists. The role manages training regulations, contracts, budgets, learning workshops, trainer and training-partner networks, trainee support, assessments, and coordination with vocational schools and industry chambers. The position is based in Mannheim and may require travel within the South-West region.
