Description
The Training Solution Designer will develop and continuously improve training solutions and products, analyze customer requirements, create technical concepts and specifications, manage proposals and projects, coordinate with specialist departments and external partners, prepare budgets and work packages, and optimize business processes. The role requires a business administration degree or comparable qualification, experience designing and delivering training in a technical or military environment, project management and stakeholder experience, MS Office proficiency, and German and English communication skills. It is based in Kiel and is filled through temporary staffing (employee leasing).
