Description
The Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs for Outlook Group employees, including new-hire orientation, on-the-job training, compliance and refresher programs, training records, and learning-management-system administration. The role partners with Operations, Human Resources, Safety, and Quality; identifies skill gaps; and measures training effectiveness to support safe and efficient manufacturing production. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, manufacturing operational experience, safety and environmental-health training experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
