Hunter Douglas is hiring an onsite Training Specialist to create and deliver customer and installer-focused learning through video, eLearning, virtual and in-person instruction. The role includes needs analysis, instructional design, video production and editing, facilitation, learning metrics, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and 25–35% travel. A high school diploma is required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 2+ years of training delivery experience and preferred industry or media experience.
