Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Saudi National Training Specialist in Dhahran to deliver and evaluate technical and military training, manage academic and on-the-job training programs, develop and update curricula, courseware, tests, and instructional materials, maintain training records and equipment, schedule instructors and workloads, advise commanders and supervisors, and ensure compliance with RSAF procedures, manuals, and directives. The role requires graduation from a service or civilian technical training institute, formal instructional techniques training, a diploma or degree in curriculum development and instructional methods, skill level 9 Training Specialist experience, at least three years of recent classroom experience as a Technical Instructor, knowledge of RSAF instructional system development and training regulations, effective communication, counseling and evaluation skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
