Lightspeed is hiring a fully remote Training Specialist – Accounting to train dealership clients on accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close workflows within the Lightspeed Dealer Management Solution. The role leads pre-call onboarding, delivers approximately 12 hours of structured one-on-one training over a six-week go-live and follow-up cycle, guides dealers through chart-of-accounts mapping, vendor and customer funding, bank reconciliation, tax reporting, and close procedures, and maintains detailed dealer records. Candidates need at least two years of accounting, bookkeeping, or controller-support experience, hands-on dealership DMS experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; the position pays $50,000–$86,510 USD and requires U.S. work authorization.
