Amazon is hiring an on-site Training Specialist for its Last Mile learning team to develop and deliver training programs, identify knowledge gaps, track performance metrics, conduct learning sessions and audits, support new-hire and performance-improvement programs, and lead individual improvement projects. The role requires business travel, strong communication and presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience delivering training to associates and team leaders.
