Description

The Training Specialist supports the onboarding, training, and continuous development of staff in behavioral health and ABA services. They facilitate training programs, create and maintain training materials, assess staff readiness, and provide coaching to ensure adherence to clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience in ABA, behavioral health, special education, early intervention, or a related healthcare/service environment.
Previous experience in training, staff development, coaching, or employee onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of ABA principles and terminology is highly preferred.
Experience working with RBTs, BCBAs, behavior technicians, or similar clinical staff is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to create clear and engaging training materials.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual training platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
