Description
The Training Specialist will support onboarding, training, coaching, competency assessment, and ongoing development for clinical and support staff delivering behavioral health and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. The role develops and facilitates training programs and materials, monitors completion and performance, identifies retraining needs, maintains records, and ensures alignment with clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards. It is a work-from-home role requiring appropriate internet connectivity, computer equipment, backup device, webcam, headset, smartphone, and dedicated workspace.
