Description
The Training Specialist supports onboarding, training, coaching, competency assessment, and ongoing development for behavioral health and ABA clinical and support staff. The role develops and facilitates training programs, maintains learning materials and records, monitors staff progress, identifies retraining needs, and ensures training aligns with clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards. It is a fully remote role requiring reliable internet, backup equipment, a webcam, headset, smartphone, and dedicated home office.
