Description
Hadrian is hiring a full-time Training Specialist to own training performance across assigned manufacturing stations. The role translates new processes into on-the-job learning, trains technicians and technician-trainers, mentors trainers, evaluates competency, maintains version-controlled training content, conducts audits, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need at least one year of training, instructing, or teaching experience focused on entry-level individual contributors and at least two years in a production or inspection environment. The position includes equity, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), flexible vacation, and 10–25% travel to additional Hadrian locations.
