Description
The Training Manager is responsible for delivering and managing induction and other training services, including planning, logistics, curriculum development, content creation, delivery, evaluation, data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role supports training needs analysis, global and local training initiatives, and provides subject-matter expertise to HR and the business. A university degree in any field is required, French and English are required, and one year of experience is appreciated.
