Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, information technology, business administration, management information systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience and/or industry certifications may substitute for formal education.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of experience in training and/or information technology
At least 5 years of experience delivering training, including course development, in-person instruction, or virtual training
Experience developing technical training materials and documentation and delivering IT systems training in live and virtual environments, or equivalent teaching experience
Experience writing, revising, editing, and performing QA/QC on technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications: Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer or Microsoft Certified Educator
Experience delivering technical training through Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex
Experience with Adobe Captivate
