myKaarma is hiring a Training Specialist to educate dealership fixed-operations personnel on its SLT product suite and support adoption across the dealer network. The role involves conducting multiple daily training sessions, reviewing deployment and product notes, tailoring training to customer needs, documenting progress, coordinating follow-ups and product activations, and collaborating with Deployment, Support, Product Managers, and other internal teams. The position is hybrid, with partial work at myKaarma’s Long Beach headquarters and a home office requirement.
