Vedder's Chicago Office is hiring a Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain technology and professional skills training for new and existing Firm employees. The role covers new-hire orientation, application and workflow training, eLearning and video development, LMS administration, vendor and consultant coordination, training evaluation, and application support. It reports to the Senior Learning and Development Manager, requires at least five years of legal or professional-services training experience and a bachelor’s or advanced degree, and offers a hybrid work model with up to 10% travel.
