Description
The Training Specialist will deliver hands-on technical training in electrical engineering, control engineering, and hybrid systems to internal employees and external customers; develop, plan, and organize training concepts; create and maintain training materials; optimize and roll out new training offerings; maintain the Workday training platform; and support qualified electricians. The role requires technical vocational training or further education, preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics, strong knowledge of electrical and control engineering, clear technical communication, independent and organized working, and willingness to maintain trainer certifications. The position is based in Achim near Bremen and offers full-time or part-time work.
