Description
The Training Specialist II supports the Training and Development Supervisor by maintaining training transcripts, tracking new-staff learning paths, participating in training, administering and improving the Learning Management System, coordinating in-person classes, designing eLearning and in-person training, sourcing external training, and preparing KPI and strategic reports. The role requires a bachelor’s degree preferred, 2–5 years of related training and LMS administrator experience, instructional design and training facilitation certification or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office, eLearning, and Adobe skills, a valid California driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Compensation is $34.73 to $49.08, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits; most positions offer a hybrid remote option.
