SBI Card is seeking a highly experienced individual to oversee the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive training programs across India. This role involves identifying training needs, developing and implementing training strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and performance. The successful candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of training initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality training to both sales and non-sales teams, ultimately contributing to achieving business objectives.
