Training Supervisor at American Regent

The Training Manager directly supervises and develops training personnel while overseeing operational training, on-the-job training, workforce qualification, practical assessments, documentation controls, and employee readiness across regulated functional areas. The role partners with department leaders and subject-matter experts, supports quality and regulatory activities, tracks training effectiveness, and maintains qualification and release-to-work controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least four years of relevant training experience, leadership experience, and knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.
