Description
Relay is hiring a Training Supervisor to own the full training journey for warehouse operatives, from onboarding and cross-skilling to refresher sessions and process rollouts. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the role partners with Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Workforce Management to accelerate time to productivity, monitor centre KPIs, identify skill and process gaps, and maintain audit-ready training records and LMS content. The position requires strong people-development, communication, adaptability, data-awareness, quality, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
