Description
The Training Supervisor coordinates and delivers training for valet parking team members in a busy hospital environment. The role covers onboarding, vehicle handling, safe driving, traffic flow, accident prevention, hospital policies, customer service, safety, and employee coaching. The supervisor also tracks training completion, evaluates employee readiness, partners with operations leadership, and supports onboarding and mentoring. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior valet, parking, hospitality, transportation, or customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, strong driving and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors and on a flexible schedule.
