Description
The Training Support role provides social pedagogical support and counseling to apprentices in automotive, metal, and woodworking trades, develops teaching formats, plans and documents needs-based support, supervises course groups, and collaborates with vocational schools and training companies. The position requires a degree in social pedagogy, social work, special-needs pedagogy, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience with the target group and one of several specified qualifications. It is based in Munich, offers flexible working hours, and pays according to TVöD, SuE S12.
