Description
The Training Support Officer / Job Coach supports young people in finding, preparing for, and completing apprenticeships, including employer outreach, identifying suitable training positions, maintaining motivation, and coordinating with training companies, job centers, the Federal Employment Agency, chambers, and vocational schools. The role also includes administrative tasks and requires a relevant social education or social work qualification or comparable professional qualification with target-group experience. The position is full-time at 39 hours per week, initially limited until 31 July 2027, and is based in Lüneburg.
