Tet is hiring a Training Trainer to support new and experienced colleagues in improving customer service and sales skills. The role involves leading in-person and remote training, group and individual coaching, analyzing conversations, providing constructive feedback, shadowing employees, collaborating with team leaders on employee development, and helping improve training materials.
