Description
OmniTRAX is hiring a Trainmaster to supervise railroad operations at a specified site. The role manages train movement, employees, assets, safety and service-plan performance; conducts operational testing, investigates incidents, coordinates resources and customer solutions, and supports hiring, training, performance management and labor relations. It requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of railroad operations experience, supervisory experience, a valid driver's license and FRA Conductor Certification. The position involves daily travel, variable shifts and physically demanding railroad work in changing weather conditions.
