Moore Colson is hiring a Transaction Advisory Manager in Atlanta to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and strategic clients. The role analyzes financial results, operational trends, working capital, quality of earnings, risks, and deal considerations; develops financial models and reports; advises clients through the transaction lifecycle; and mentors team members. Candidates need an active CPA license, a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 3–5 years of transaction advisory experience, 5–6 years of overall accounting experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and strong communication and client-service abilities. The position offers flexible work with up to two remote days per week, health, dental, and vision coverage, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
