Description
The Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager will manage financial due diligence engagements for middle-market strategic and financial private-equity acquirers. The role oversees the due diligence process, analyzes quality of earnings, working capital, financial forecasts, and net assets, conducts interviews, prepares client reports, manages client relationships, and pursues business development. It also supervises Senior Associates and Managers, reviews their work, and provides performance feedback. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance, five or more years of Transaction Advisory Services experience, three to four years of public accounting experience, a CPA, and strong Microsoft Office, communication, project management, and technical accounting skills.
