KLR is hiring a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from planning through delivery. The role analyzes target company financials and operating data, prepares due diligence reports, evaluates transaction risks and deal structuring considerations, and collaborates with valuation, tax, IT, and other advisory teams. The manager will also mentor junior team members, serve as a client and stakeholder contact, and contribute to training and quality standards. The position is based in the Providence, Rhode Island or Boston, Massachusetts office on a hybrid basis, requires a bachelor’s degree and CPA or CFA designation, and pays $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
