Description
The Transaction Manager independently manages a portfolio of Cayman Islands entity termination engagements, including solvent voluntary liquidations, partnership dissolutions, strike-offs, foreign company cessations, and regulated entity deregistrations. The role coordinates clients, regulators, legal advisers, auditors, and third-party providers; reviews financial and corporate records; prepares and submits statutory filings; tracks reporting obligations; manages records, billing, and receivables; and delivers final documentation. Candidates need relevant professional experience in corporate administration, fiduciary services, insolvency, investment funds, legal services, regulatory compliance, or a related field, along with knowledge of Cayman corporate and regulatory requirements, financial and corporate record review, statutory documentation, and deadline-driven filings. A relevant degree or professional qualification in law, accounting, finance, business, governance, compliance, or insolvency is preferred.
