The employer is hiring a Transaction Banking IT Project Manager for Qatar operations. The role requires 10–15 years of banking technology project management experience, strong transaction banking and digital banking exposure, and experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects. Responsibilities include managing legacy system and digital platform migrations, data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover planning, business analysis, project governance, risk and issue management, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and production deployment and post-go-live support. The candidate should be PMP-certified and able to join within two weeks, with a maximum joining period of one month.
