Prophet Homes is hiring a full-time Transaction Coordinator to manage a high volume of wholesale, off-market, and investment real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. The role coordinates documents, deadlines, title and escrow milestones, closings, and communication among agents, buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal teams. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; a real estate license is preferred but not required, and the position is hybrid, full-time, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
