Description

Colliers is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their Office Leasing brokerage team in downtown Toronto, ON. This hybrid role involves supporting client relationship management, transaction management, client lease portfolio analysis, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage transactions and maintain strong client relationships.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of transaction management/coordination experience in a commercial real estate environment

expertise with commercial real estate lease agreements and bring the ability to review, recommend and negotiate terms with clients
Support RFP and proposal responses as related to the transaction management process
