UHY is hiring a Transaction Services Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements. The role assesses quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, financial statements, valuation models, and deal risks; prepares client reports; advises private equity, corporate, and investment banking clients; collaborates on deal structuring; supports post-transaction integration; and supervises junior professionals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance and 4–6+ years of audit, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience, with a CPA designation preferred. It is based in a professional office environment, may require frequent travel, and offers a salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
