The firm is hiring a mid-level associate attorney for its transactional practices, initially developing broad experience across airports, real estate, infrastructure, transportation, construction, procurement, financing, and project delivery matters. The associate will draft, negotiate, review, and manage complex agreements; advise public and private clients; and develop expertise before potentially specializing in a particular practice area. The position is full-time in Denver, Colorado, with an annual expectation of 1,600 billable hours, periodic travel, and a hybrid work arrangement that may allow remote work as business needs allow.
