The role involves advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions such as M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, and equity investments, with a strong focus on U.S. federal income tax, partnership, and corporate tax planning. The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach and direct client responsibility.
