Description
Cabot Properties is hiring a Transactions Intern to support its Investment and Asset Management teams through the acquisition and operation of logistics and industrial properties. The intern will assist with cash flow modeling in Argus and Excel, market research, tenant underwriting, due diligence, lease review, valuation, budgeting, and property operations, while gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle. The internship is primarily conducted in a professional office environment with limited travel and pays $27–$29 per hour.
