Description
The role supports daily logistics operations by reviewing quotations, allocating workloads, monitoring KPIs and invoicing, maintaining customer and service-provider relationships, auditing accounts, and supporting compliance and development initiatives. It also mentors agents, assists the manager, and may support the sales department. The position requires four years of industry-specific knowledge, inventory management and accounting knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication and computer skills, a high school degree or equivalent, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work overtime.
