Robert Morris University (RMU) is hiring a full-time Transfer Admissions Counselor for the Moon Campus, within the Admissions - Transfer and Online department. The role focuses on recruiting undergraduate transfer, international, traditional adult, non-traditional adult, readmission, and some freshman students; counseling applicants on admissions and financial aid; reviewing applications and making admissions decisions; managing outreach via Slate and Banner; and representing the university at colleges, fairs, and other recruiting events. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of enrollment management or related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel on behalf of the university.
