Apex Group is hiring for a Transfer Agency role focused on supporting and sometimes leading a small team while serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for fund investors, fund managers, and internal teams. The position involves AML/KYC processing, investor onboarding, share registry dealings, screening, payments, FATCA/CRS filings, fund audit support, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining fund documentation and deadlines. The role also requires coordination with operations and CRM teams, understanding of fund structures and NAV-related accounting concepts, and participation in special projects such as automation, enhanced controls, system testing, and client research.
