State Street is hiring a New Client Onboarding Project Manager in Luxemburg to lead client-facing onboarding, conversion, legacy administration, and transfer-agency projects. The role manages project scope, stakeholders, workstreams, risks, issues, governance, compliance, documentation, and client relationships, while coordinating with business units, senior management, and project sponsors. It requires extensive financial-services project-management experience, preferably in transfer agency, strong communication and leadership skills, an undergraduate degree, and 8–10 years of relevant experience. The role may require infrequent travel between Ireland, Luxemburg, and the United Kingdom.
