Description
The Transfer Coordinator supports hospital capacity management and patient flow by coordinating safe and efficient patient transfers within and between hospitals in the Inspira Health system. Working in the Operations Intelligence Center, the role facilitates communication among clinical teams, hospital departments, and external facilities to optimize bed utilization and improve hospital throughput. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of healthcare experience, and BLS certification; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field and experience in centralized operations or command centers are preferred.
