Description
The Transfer Press Operator sets up, runs, and adjusts transfer press equipment to produce stamped steel parts according to customer specifications. The role includes inspecting finished parts, maintaining cleanliness and safety, troubleshooting, adjusting dies and press controls, operating cranes and conveyor systems, and completing production and quality documentation. A high school diploma or GED and one to five years of related transfer press experience or training are preferred, while welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting, or water jet cutting experience is a plus.
