Moneybox is hiring a Provider Operations Manager to build and standardise relationships and processes with financial service providers, map end-to-end transfer flows, resolve stuck cases, create scalable playbooks, and support a small team. The role requires a track record of building relationships and processes from scratch, comfort managing external relationships and an internal team, and a data-literate, practical mindset; financial services or operations experience is helpful.
