Description
The Transfer Specialist is responsible for the care, removal, and transport of deceased individuals, coordinating with families, first responders, hospitals, coroners, and senior living facilities while following chain-of-custody and company procedures. The role includes driving company-owned vehicles, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, transporting caskets, entering event data into proprietary software, and performing basic vehicle maintenance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, at least one year of courier or driver experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations in physically demanding conditions.
